CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit & Card on File – A 30 % deposit is taken at booking and applied to your service total. 24-Hour Notice – Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to keep your deposit. Late-Cancel / Late-Reschedule (inside 24 h) – A fee of 50 % of the booked service will be charged; your deposit counts toward that fee. No-Show – 100 % of the service will be charged. Courtesy Waiver – One emergency exception per client; after that the standard fees apply. By booking you acknowledge and accept these terms.
